Well they've done it again... They've swapped servicing companies so they can claim that, "We don't know because we're still looking through the data that was sent to us".   The shameless bastards at Beal bank deserve every last level of hell they are cast into for their crimes against us!!! BURN IN HELL MGC!!!

Yes, everyone has been transfered to DMI as far as I know.

And the games have begun. I call DMI a/k/a MGC Mortgage, yes it truly is MGC DMI is not mentioned at all, not in their hold music not with the operators, not with c.s. reps, not with the loss mitigation reps. Now one would ask why am I with Loss Mitigation if my mortgage was just modified. CAUSE THEY DOn'T HAVE ANY F'N RECORD OF MY MODIFICATION. I am current with all receipts and they are showing me as 90 days past due. What is there solution to this problem? I need to faX the modification paperwork over to them as well as all of my receipts for payment. Are you kidding me. I am so done........

What are we gonna do......................................
